Q：May I have your samples?
A：Samples are available, lead time for stockable sample is 2 days, custom sample time is around 15 days.
Q：How much is the sample？
A：Free samples, you only need to pay postage
Q：How about the delivery time?
A：Normally 45 days for plastic handle cutlery, 90 days for stainless steel cutlery, 60-80 days for stoneware &porcelain.
Q：How about the sample delivery time ?
A：According the product . 5-15 days.
Q：Do you have any factory audits?
A：We have ISO and BSCI factory audits.
Q：Your products can pass LFGB, food contact test or not ?
A：Yes, they can.
Q：Testing fee?
A：A: Testing fee is on basis of third party inspeciton company. The product price does notinclude the testing fee.
Q：Can you make my own design and color ?
A：Yes, OEM and ODM are acceptable
Q：Can you tell me your main cutomers ?
A：Amazon (direct business with them), Auchan, Gifi, Conforama, Lagerhaus, Coop etc.
Q：What's your payment term ?
A：TT, L/C or other payment terms.
Q：How we customize our logo?
A：Send your logo/pattern. It is recommended to send AI/CDR files, and then we will give you a design drawing .
